Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Retail Technology Program Manager to drive store technology initiatives across our global fleet.

The role partners with business, infrastructure, InfoSec, engineering, and vendors to pilot and deploy POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile platforms while upholding security and privacy standards. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end deployments, manage pilots, and scale AI-enabled capabilities to improve store operations, associate productivity, and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience delivering global, multi-region store technology rollouts.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Experience with device management (Intune/Jamf) and identity security (Entra ID/Azure AD).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of retail store technologies across global store fleet.
Drive global rollouts with consistent standards and regional compliance.
Manage pilot programs and scale successful solutions to production.
Partner with InfoSec, Legal, and Privacy for security and privacy reviews.
