Job Title: Retail Technology Program Manager

Primary Purpose:

The Retail Technology Manager will play a critical role in enabling Tapestry's Store Experience Transformation by delivering scalable, secure, and innovative retail technology solutions across our global store fleet. This individual will partner closely with business, infrastructure, InfoSec, engineering and vendor teams to evaluate, pilot, and deploy modern store technologies-including POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile platforms-while ensuring compliance with global security and privacy standards.

The successful candidate will bring a strong balance of technical expertise, program leadership, and global execution capability, driving initiatives from concept through rollout with a focus on operational excellence, customer experience, and risk mitigation.
