Tapestry, Inc. (Kate Spade New York) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Retail Technology to drive the Store Experience Transformation by delivering secure, scalable tech across store environments. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deploy POS, RFID, analytics, and mobile platforms.

The role requires strong technical expertise, operational execution, and collaboration, ensuring security, compliance, and performance standards while supporting global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Intune, Jamf, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS and secure store technology practices.
• Experience delivering retail technology projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and configuration of cloud-based POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile devices.
• Administer endpoint devices and manage Entra ID/Azure AD policies.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure security and PCI-DSS compliance in store environments.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable retail tech solutions.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve support workflows and analytics.
