Job summary

Tapestry leads the Store Experience Transformation with scalable retail technology solutions across its global store fleet. The Retail Technology Program Manager partners with business, infrastructure, InfoSec, engineering and vendors to pilot and deploy store tech while maintaining security and privacy standards.

The role focuses on end-to-end deployment of cloud POS, RFID, analytics, and mobile devices, driving global rollouts and pilots, and scaling high-value solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deployment of store technologies.
• Strong collaboration with global teams across functions.
• Experience with PCI-DSS and data privacy considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of retail store technologies, including cloud POS, RFID, traffic counting, mobile devices and supporting hardware.
• Drive global rollouts with consistent standards while accommodating regional regulatory needs.
• Manage pilot programs and scale successful solutions across markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled capabilities to improve store operations and customer experience.
• Oversee device ecosystem management across iOS, Windows, and MacOS with Intune and Jamf.
