Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a capable team leader for the Store Support function. You will supervise, train, and develop Team Members while maintaining clean, well-stocked shelves and high retail standards.

You will resolve customer issues, coordinate breaks, and communicate team needs to leadership. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of store policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Team Members.
• Works with Team Trainer to train Team Members and minimize turnover.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning checklists and training materials.
• Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
• Resolves difficult customer situations.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Communicates attendance issues to Team Leader and Store Leadership.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork, mutual respect, and morale.
• Directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
