Acosta Group is seeking a results-driven professional to translate JM Smucker headquarter priorities into clear, executable retail plans. You will partner with assigned sales and customer teams to align objectives with field execution, reporting, and measurable impact.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, leading cross-functional sessions, and using Power BI and Excel to uncover insights that drive distribution, merchandising, and on-shelf availability improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Progressive experience in CPG, retail strategy, client service, or related fields.
Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams through implementation.

Responsibilities

Build trusted partnerships with JM Smucker sales and customer teams; establish planning cadence.
Translate objectives into clear field strategies, timing, reporting, and success criteria.
Own initiatives from intake through launch, execution monitoring and post-event evaluation.
Lead client sessions and business reviews; communicate progress and recommendations.
Use Power BI, Excel, and retail data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop concise business stories showing value creation and ROI.
Influence cross-functional partners to ensure executable, prioritized plans.
Manage multiple meetings and complex projects with accuracy and follow-through.
Lead process improvements and apply AI/automation to planning and outcomes.
