Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Progressive experience in CPG, retail strategy, or related roles.
- Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with JM Smucker sales teams to translate objectives into actionable field plans.
- Lead planning meetings and business reviews with clear progress and risks.
- Drive insights using Power BI, Excel, and retail data to improve availability and promotions.
- Influence cross-functional partners to execute prioritized plans on time.
- Manage multiple workstreams and ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
- Lead process improvements including AI-driven planning tools.
- Deliver concise business stories showing value and ROI.
