Acosta is seeking a results-driven Retail Strategy Analyst to transform customer objectives into actionable field plans and measurable outcomes. You will partner with JM Smucker sales teams, translate objectives into strategies, and drive planning cadences across distribution, on-shelf availability, and promotions using Power BI and Excel.

You will lead cross-functional meetings, manage multiple workstreams, and apply emerging tools including AI to improve insights, execution, and client value

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Progressive experience in CPG, retail strategy, client service, sales strategy, retail operations, category management, or related field.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects and influencing cross-functional teams from planning through implementation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; Power BI and AI/automation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted partnerships with JM Smucker sales and customer teams; establish planning cadence and visibility to priorities, risks, opportunities, and next steps.
• Translate customer objectives into field strategies, task instructions, timing, reporting requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Own initiatives from intake to execution, monitoring, issue resolution, and post-event evaluation.
• Lead client working sessions, planning meetings, and business reviews; communicate progress, results, risks, and recommendations.
• Use Power BI, Excel, client data, retail reporting, and field insights to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities across distribution, on-shelf availability, merchandising, and promotions.
