The J.M. Smucker Company seeks a Senior Manager of Retail Operations to lead strategy, governance, and execution for nationwide retail coverage. You will strengthen partnerships with Acosta and other partners, connect retail activity to measurable business value, and align resources with high-value opportunities.

The role requires extensive experience in CPG retail operations, broker management, and data-driven execution across multiple channels, with remote work flexibility in the USA.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in CPG, retail operations, sales strategy, customer execution, broker management, or related roles.
• Experience directing a national retail agency or broker partner and managing coverage models, costs, billing, resource allocation, scorecards, and reviews.
• Strong knowledge of retail management, broker operations, customer execution, store-level merchandising, planograms, display and promotional execution, distribution correction, and on-shelf availability.
• Experience translating customer, syndicated, store-level, and operational data into field priorities and actionable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Retail Operations strategy and execution across national coverage.
• Develop and refine the national retail broker model across channels (Food and Beverage, Hostess, convenience, etc.).
• Set retail execution strategy across selling, merchandising, distribution corrections, promotions, displays, and in-aisle activity.
• Prioritize resources using account needs, store productivity, and ROI.
• Support initiatives such as Perfect Store, 360 Selling, seasonal offers, and program deployment.
