Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage a defined portfolio of retail Professional Services engagements. You will build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, identify opportunities, and lead the development of SOWs and service roadmaps.

You will collaborate across sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure successful, on-time delivery and revenue growth, while staying aligned with Salesforce’s strategic objectives in the retail space.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services, consulting, or services sales with retail focus.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise relationships and hit revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities in retail (Commerce, Marketing, Service, Data/AI).
• Experience presenting complex services proposals to executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working across sales, delivery, and product teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for Professional Services engagements across a defined portfolio of retail accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close Professional Services opportunities including implementation, advisory, and managed services.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Delivery teams to align services with customer outcomes.
• Lead development of Statements of Work, proposals, and services roadmaps for retail needs.
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and customer satisfaction.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts to grow services revenue.
