• 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or services sales within retail.
• Proven track record of growing enterprise client relationships and exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and retail processes.
• Ability to present complex proposals to executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment across sales, delivery, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive contact for Professional Services with a portfolio of retail accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close Professional Services opportunities including implementation and managed services.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Delivery teams on services strategies.
• Lead development of SOWs, proposals, and roadmaps for retail needs.
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify expansion opportunities to grow services revenue within existing accounts.
• Advocate for customer needs and align capabilities with retail trends and Salesforce product scope.
• Accurately forecast services pipeline and revenue within the territory.
