Job summary

Just Ingredients Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Operations leader to own compliance across retailer and distributor partners, manage EDI flows, and optimize scorecards.

The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse to scale our retail accounts and drive operational excellence. You will monitor OTIF and order accuracy, lead root-cause analyses, and partner with broker networks to support onboarding and promotions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in retail operations, vendor compliance, or supply chain roles within CPG.
• Experience working with KeHE or UNFI and broker/3PL networks is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EDI flows (850, 855, 856, 810) and related portals.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance with retailer and distributor requirements, including routing guides, labeling, ASN accuracy, and appointments.
• Monitor distributor scorecard metrics and lead root-cause analysis to fix issues.
• Manage deduction lifecycle, disputes, and revenue recovery with Finance and Sales.
• Oversee retail order management and EDI transactions from PO receipt to invoicing.
• Coordinate with IT, EDI/VAN provider, and fulfillment to resolve transaction errors.
• Serve as operational liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Warehouse.
• Build and maintain reporting on retail channel health and drive scalable improvements.
