Job summary

iFixit, Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end wholesale operations in the U.S. We will own the EDI program, retailer compliance, and onboarding for new partners, while driving process improvements across Sales, Finance, Purchasing, and Logistics.

The role emphasizes owning data in ERP systems, maintaining accurate product and content in retailer portals, and improving reporting to support decision-making and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in wholesale operations or similar retail operations.
• Experience with national or big-box retail accounts.
• EDI ownership and retailer compliance experience.
• Proven ability to own outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Track record of designing scalable processes to drive efficiency and revenue.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day wholesale operations and fulfillment, ensuring OTIF delivery.
• Build scalable workflows to support account expansion and revenue growth.
• Manage end-to-end EDI: new retailer connections, testing, go-live, and issue resolution.
• Stay ahead of retailer EDI requirements, changes, and migrations.
• Serve as primary contact with EDI providers and retailer teams.
• Maintain data in ERP systems and ensure accurate transmissions from source.
• Be the expert on retailer shipping/labeling standards for Fulfillment.
• Lead onboarding for new wholesale retailers and vendor portals.
• Monitor scorecards and penalties, surfacing root causes early.
• Support Sales with samples, events, POP/display programs, and analytics.
• Own wholesale reporting: orders, fulfillment, deductions, retailer performance.
