Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience in Retail Operations across ERCOT, NYISO and PJM.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 5 years of directly related experience in Retail Operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply sound judgment and analytical skills to investigate discrepancies in work processes and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement controls/reporting from pilots to automated processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to analyze and adjust processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish controls to bridge identified gaps across business units.
• Assist in gathering requirements and QA testing for new developments to improve billing, customer experience and reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support data-driven decision making.
• Manage and adhere to compliance protocols as outlined by the Public Utility Commissions.
