Gridmatic Inc. is seeking an Operation Analyst to support Retail Operations for ERCOT and PJM customers, focusing on billing, enrollment, regulatory compliance, broker commissions, and customer support with a data-driven approach.

You will work cross-functionally, analyze operational data, and develop dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI to drive efficiency and accuracy in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics, operations, or regulatory experience, preferably in energy/utilities.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and present data-driven recommendations.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and communicating technical info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and accurate generation of customer invoices.
• Manage enrollment to ensure accurate and on-schedule onboarding of commercial customers.
• Monitor and resolve billing exceptions and discrepancies; collaborate to improve billing automation.
• Ensure compliance with market rules and prepare data for regulatory filings, audits, and reports.
• Support broker relationships and reporting on commissions; coordinate with IT and vendors to optimize enrollment systems.
