Job summary

Gridmatic is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations professional to support billing, enrollment, regulatory compliance, broker commissions, and customer support in ERCOT and PJM. You will work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in data analytics or operations, with experience in billing systems such as Vertexone and data tools like SQL, Python, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics, operations, or regulatory roles.
• Experience with billing systems (Vertexone) and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of U.S. power markets (ERCOT, PJM) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing: oversee timely and accurate generation of customer invoices and resolve billing exceptions.
• Customer Enrollment: ensure accurate enrollment and manage exceptions, coordinating with IT and vendors.
• Regulatory: monitor and interpret ERCOT/PJM rules; assist with filings and audits.
• Commissions: track structures and broker inquiries; develop automated workflows.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries and coordinate with operations and support teams.
• Data Analytics: analyze data, build dashboards, and support business decisions.
