Qualifications

• Ability to independently research and communicate resolution of complex issues.
• Understanding of quantitative data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations of policies and procedures for retail power customers.
• Verify adherence to process controls and identify gaps.
• Enter customer information into the CRM system accurately.
• Communicate with Brokers and Customers.
