Job summary

Wolt in Berlin is seeking a Senior Retail Onboarding professional to own the end-to-end onboarding of retail partners, from first contact to go-live. You will train merchants, coordinate data entry, and optimize catalog quality with a strong focus on data accuracy using Excel.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management and other teams to remove bottlenecks, accelerate onboarding velocity, and scale operations in a dynamic, international tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, account management, operations or customer support.
• Strong ownership and proactive problem solving.
• Fluent German and English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding of retail partners from first contact to go-live.
• Onboard, train, and support merchants, including on-site training when needed.
• Coordinate photoshoots and manage external workforce for data entry and catalog creation.
• Edit, structure, and optimize menus and assortments with a focus on data quality using Excel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and other stakeholders to remove bottlenecks.
