Job summary

On is seeking aSenior Lead - Staff Software Engineer to architect and scale core retail technology infrastructure, spanning POS, ERP integrations, replenishment, and omnichannel capabilities. You will design resilient event-driven architectures, enable real-time data sync, and drive secure, scalable retail services for global rollout.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, building, and operating POS, ERP integrations, and retail backend systems.
• Hands-on with event-driven architectures and cloud-native microservices (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong background in API design, data synchronization, and security (OAuth2/SSO).
• Experience leading large-scale system design and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and scaling of backend systems and integration pipelines for POS, ERP, OMS, CRM, and replenishment.
• Build cloud-native, event-driven architectures with Kafka or RabbitMQ and resilient REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Ensure high availability, security, and data integrity across online and offline retail ops.
• Drive observability, root-cause analysis, and reliability through CI/CD and testing strategies.
• Mentor engineers and align solutions with business strategy and roadmap.
