German fluency is required to collaborate with customers and partners. As a key contributor, you will partner with product and engineering to prioritize requests, deliver value quickly, and mentor customers through training

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience implementing or administering a finance / procurement tool.
• Experience with procurement tool / ERP implementations (Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Sage).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Strong data management with large, sensitive datasets in MS Excel.
• Ability to push back while keeping customers satisfied.
• Comfort with software configuration (not necessarily deep technical skills).
• Full German fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new customers and manage project/stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and design customer processes from scratch.
• Proactive project management across multiple onboardings.
• Lead, mentor, and train training sessions with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scope requests and set expectations.
• Ensure rapid onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate value realization.
