Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (C1)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Able to work independently and in diverse teams
• Background in sales, support, operations or account management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seamless merchant onboarding and service experience across teams
• Inform partners about processes via form, email and phone, primarily in German
• Monitor processes and progress using Monday.com and other Wolt software
• Learn, master and improve our systems, tools and processes
