You will recruit, train, mentor, and retain a diverse, high-performing team, while modeling inclusive leadership and ensuring customer service excellence in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Have 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership, interacting with team members and customers to meet priorities and deliver exceptional service.
• Address customer and team concerns and escalate as needed with leadership and partners.
• Drive business priorities by planning and executing the operational strategy for the store.
• Maintain company policies and protect assets including confidential information.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
