Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to shape a positive customer experience and lead performance in the store. You will mentor other managers, partner with the Store Leader on business strategies, and tackle complex problems with leadership and prioritization.

You will oversee recruiting, training, and development of a diverse team, while modeling inclusive leadership and ensuring exceptional service that aligns with Apple’s values and priorities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Be available to work a schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) to learn, grow, and achieve goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining diverse, high-performing staff.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership across store to meet priorities and service standards.
• Address customer and team concerns, escalating with leadership as needed.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategies.
• Uphold company policies and protect assets and information.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support store operations.
• Foster inclusive environment by respecting differences and encouraging curiosity.
• Demonstrate Apple values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
