Job summary

Apple Retail in Glendale is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a store team, shaping the customer experience and driving performance. You will mentor managers, partner with the Store Leader on strategies, and ensure exceptional service throughout the day.

You’ll recruit, develop, and retain diverse talent, address escalations, and translate business priorities into actionable plans across store operations while upholding Apple values of inclusion and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership by engaging with team members and customers and modeling best practices.
• Drive store priorities by planning and executing operational strategies for the entire store.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets, and foster an inclusive environment.
