Job summary

Apple Retail in Tucson is seeking a Senior Manager to foster a positive environment for customer interactions while driving performance and aligning with store strategies. You will mentor other managers, support the Store Leader, and help solve complex problems in partnership with leadership.

You will lead a diverse team, participate in Floor Leadership, recruit and train staff, and ensure exceptional service across the store while maintaining policy and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each member to learn and achieve goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Interact with team members and customers to deliver exceptional service and meet business priorities.
