Job summary
Ladders is seeking an Insights Manager II, Retail Insights to turn complex retail data into actionable recommendations that drive retailer growth, improve price parity, and inform investment decisions. You will partner with senior leaders and retail stakeholders to translate analysis into action, while streamlining reporting and supporting team initiatives.
This role blends quantitative rigor with strong communication and practical use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in analytics.
- Approximately five years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to support retailer growth and price parity improvements
- Develop quantitative business cases to guide marketing and product resource allocation
- Automate reporting processes using AI to save time and improve efficiency
- Contribute to team projects, including affordability-related collateral
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and retail counterparts
