Job summary

High Profile is seeking an analytical Retail & Insights Analyst I to support data analysis, reporting, and business insights. You will develop SQL queries, build dashboards, analyze trends, and translate business needs into actionable data solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvements through automation and ad-hoc analyses. Experience with BI tools and a quantitative background are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Experience using SQL with large-scale data repositories.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Sigma, or similar.
Python experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-starter who learns quickly, manages priorities, and embraces continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL queries for reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
Build and maintain dashboards highlighting KPIs, trends, and insights.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business and reporting needs.
Extract, validate, and document accurate datasets with Technology and Analytics teams.
Communicate findings and data limitations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support reporting improvements, automation, and special projects.
