Extend is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Client Insights team to bridge analytics, product, strategy, sales, and merchant success. You will shape models, reporting, and insights that directly impact sales and merchant retention.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in a business analytics, BI, or TAM role.
• Understanding of consumer brands, ecommerce, and key metrics; experience using data to drive decisions at an ecommerce company.
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive business and product improvement.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical bridge between Sales and merchants; translate data into business cases and pricing narratives.
• Partner with Merchant Success to build analyses demonstrating ROI and support renewals.
• Design and deliver dashboards and performance reports for merchants.
• Analyze product data and work with product/engineering to drive improvements and roadmap.
• Collaborate with RAD to inform fraud analysis and translate insights into reporting.
