Zusammenfassung

Grownsy seeks a seasoned Retail Account Management & Business Operations lead to own day-to-day execution for major U.S. retail accounts.

You will serve as the primary local contact for buyers and cross-functional teams, coordinating pricing, listings, replenishment, and marketing activities to drive growth and profitability. You will collaborate with the China-based leadership to expand store distribution, launch new products, and optimize the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8+ years of experience in retail sales, key account management, or business development.
• Hands-on experience with major U.S. retail accounts (Target, Walmart, Costco, Babylist).
• Strong understanding of retail pricing, listings, inventory, replenishment, and promotions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts independently and drive execution.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable remote collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and operational execution of existing U.S. retail accounts.
• Serve as primary local contact for retail buyers and stakeholders, maintaining regular communication.
• Coordinate pricing strategies across channels to ensure consistency.
• Manage and optimize retail product listings and online merchandising.
• Develop replenishment plans based on sales trends and retailer requirements.
• Monitor inventory, POs, sell-through, WOS, stock levels, and risks.
• Coordinate retail marketing investments, campaigns, and ROI.
• Plan and manage promotional calendars and pricing promotions.
• Organize buyer meetings and business reviews with reports and forecasts.
• Work with retailer operations to resolve POs, product setup, inventory, logistics, compliance.
• Monitor in-store execution and merchandising; assess shelf conditions.
• Conduct regular store visits and follow up with partners on improvements.
• Track account performance and identify opportunities to improve sell-through and profitability.
