Job summary

International Fresh Produce is seeking a remote US-based Strategic Account Manager to lead relationships with retail members, prospects, and at-risk accounts. You will develop account plans, drive renewal and expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional value delivery.

You will collaborate with leadership to activate member value, tailor engagement for each retailer, and manage intelligence for ongoing program enhancements across IFPA portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in membership, strategic account management, customer success, or related field.
• Strong ability to build relationships, conduct consultative discovery, and manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned retail members, prospects, under-engaged retailers, and at-risk accounts.
• Develop account plans identifying executives and contacts, current value utilization, needs, and expansion potential.
• Support qualified prospect conversion, renewal, retention, and multi-year opportunities.
• Identify missing retailers and relevant contacts within existing retail member companies.
• Surface retailer needs and communicate results to portfolio teams.
