The position supports remote candidates with preference for proximity to Bentonville, AR and Illinois-based hybrid scheduling. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
• 8+ years of direct sales/account management experience in consumer-packaged goods preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of sales, trade, category management and marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive account strategy for short and long-term profitable growth aligned with business plans.
• Position products and promotions to maximize sales with key national retail customers.
• Lead customer interactions for launches, plans, and logistics; influence internal strategies.
• Create and deliver sales presentations, follow up on service and develop new opportunities.
• Manage sales budgets and costs; monitor progress and adjust plans to meet targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews and analyze pricing, performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and forecasts.
• Travel up to 50% for business as required.
