Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store performance across multiple locations. You will lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive growth through data-driven decision-making while building a culture of pride and excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit retail management with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
• Must commit to coming to work sober and pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.
