Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store performance, including daily operations, compliance, and financial reporting. You’ll lead high-performing teams, drive growth through data-driven decisions, and cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability across multiple locations.

You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and customer engagement while developing future leaders and collaborating with corporate teams to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
• High integrity, motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.
