Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee store performance, operations, compliance, and financial reporting. You will lead a high-performing team, set the tone for excellence, and drive growth through data-driven decision-making.

The role requires proven multi-unit retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and be 21+ years old.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.
