This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building high-performing teams that thrive in a fast-changing industry. The position requires 5+ years in multi-unit retail leadership, strong coaching and organizational skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
• A high level of integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.
