Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services seeks a General Manager to oversee all store operations, drive growth, and lead a high‑performing team. You’ll manage daily operations, compliance, and financial reporting while cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

You’ll mentor managers, optimize scheduling and inventory, and partner with corporate to align goals with customer satisfaction and performance metrics. A strong track record in retail leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
• High integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Retail, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
