Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking a Retail Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-growing cannabis retail operation in Minnesota. You will partner with the GM to drive store performance, coach high-performing teams, and deliver outstanding customer experiences daily.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes mentorship, operational training, and development toward future General Manager responsibilities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily store operations, including scheduling, compliance, and sales execution.
• Serve as acting GM during absences, lead daily briefings, coach staff, maintain standards.
• Oversee cash and inventory controls, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive visual merchandising, online/kiosk menu accuracy, and in-store promotions.
• Coach and develop team members through daily feedback and performance management.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and procurement to optimize store performance.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and uphold service excellence.
