Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead a high-volume, multifaceted retail customer service center. You will guide staff including Operations and Assistant Managers, drive sales, ensure safety and cleanliness, and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, restaurant, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years’ experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million
• 2+ years’ experience deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements
• 2+ years’ experience supervising and training 10+ employees
• Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check; DOT may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with exceptional customer service, merchandising, and marketing procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and waste control.
• Manage task execution, safety, scheduling, cash handling, talent development, and HR support.
• Train and develop staff to meet customer service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements to drive improvements.
• Address customer feedback and improve overall experience.
