CVS Health in Elm, PA, seeks a Retail FP&A Director to own budgeting and forecasting for the Front Store segment. You will partner with Finance leadership to modernize planning systems, drive data-driven insights, and ensure accurate monthly reporting across the retail business.

You will lead a cross-functional team, build advanced financial models, perform scenario analyses, and guide strategic decisions to improve profitability and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• ~3+ years supporting retail, consumer products, or merchandising organizations.
• ~Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management processes.
• ~Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience applying generative AI, agentic AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve planning, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop top-down quarterly forecasts and the annual budget in partnership with the Retail FP&A Director, working with key stakeholders to establish financial targets and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the retail segment by partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Data Engineering to maintain data integrity.
• Support the implementation of a new merchandise financial planning system (MFP); lead a cross-functional team across IT, Finance, Inventory Management, Merchandising, and Accounting until project completion.
• Oversee financial performance analysis - including variance, trend, and profitability analyses and provide senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of business alternatives and inform strategic decisions.
• Build sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Evaluate the financial performance of business units, product lines, and projects to identify improvement opportunities and growth potential.
• Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, coach team members, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
