CVS Health is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to partner with the Retail FP&A Director in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management for the Front Store retail business. The role drives data-driven insights, partners across Accounting, Finance, and IT, and leads cross-functional initiatives to modernize planning systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, Finance, or related experience.
• 3+ years supporting retail, consumer products, or merchandising organizations.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop top-down quarterly forecasts and the annual budget in partnership with the Retail FP&A Director.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the retail segment with partners across Accounting, Finance, and Data Engineering.
• Lead implementation of a new merchandise financial planning system (MFP) across IT, Finance, Inventory Management, Merchandising, and Accounting.
