Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to partner with the Retail FP&A Director on budgeting and forecasting for the Front Store retail business. You will oversee annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and deliver insightful analyses to improve performance across the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness segment.

Responsibilities include modernizing planning systems, cross-functional project leadership, and influencing decisions with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience, including 3+ years supporting retail, consumer products, or merchandising.
• 2+ years of experience in managing a team.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management processes.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles for Front Store retail.
• Modernize planning systems and collaborate with IT, Finance, Inventory, Merchandising, and Accounting.
• Develop top-down forecasts and annual budgets with stakeholders to allocate resources effectively.
• Provide senior leadership with actionable insights and variance, trend, and profitability analyses.
