CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Director to lead budgeting and forecasting for the Front Store retail business. You will oversee annual budget cycles, monthly forecasts and reporting, partnering with Finance and IT to deliver insights that drive performance.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A, strong financial modeling, and cross-functional leadership. You will help modernize planning systems, apply analytics/AI to planning, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in FP&A, Finance, or related experience.
• ~3+ years supporting retail, consumer products, or merchandising.
• ~Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management processes.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience applying generative AI, agentic AI, automation, or advanced analytics to planning, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop top-down quarterly forecasts and the annual budget in partnership with the Retail FP&A Director.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the retail segment with cross-functional partners.
• Support the implementation of a new merchandise financial planning system (MFP); lead a cross-functional team to project completion.
• Oversee financial performance analyses and provide senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Build sophisticated financial models to support long-term planning and strategy.
• Evaluate financial performance of units, product lines, and projects to identify opportunities for growth.
• Set performance goals and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
