Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Front Store FP&A leader to partner with the Retail FP&A Director on budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for the Front Store retail business. You will drive the annual budget, monthly forecasts and provide actionable insights to elevate performance across the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness segment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, Finance, or related experience.
• 3+ years supporting retail, consumer products, or merchandising.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management processes.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop top-down quarterly forecasts and annual budget with key stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for the retail segment.
• Lead cross-functional project to implement MFP system.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic decisions.
• Build sophisticated financial models for long-term planning.
• Evaluate financial performance of units, products, projects for improvements.
• Set goals, coach team, and foster a high-performing environment.
• Manage day-to-day guidance to a direct report.
