CVS Health is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to lead budgeting and forecasting for the Front Store retail business in Texas. You will oversee annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver insights to strengthen performance.

The role collaborates with Retail Finance leadership to modernize planning systems across the Retail segment. You will drive financial modeling, scenario analysis, and cross-functional initiatives with IT, Merchandising, Accounting, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, Finance, or related experience.
• ~3+ years supporting retail, consumer products, or merchandising organizations.
• ~Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management processes.
• ~Strong financial modeling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve planning and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop top-down quarterly forecasts and the annual budget with key stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting for the retail segment in partnership with Accounting and Data Engineering.
• Lead implementation of a new merchandise financial planning system and cross-functional project oversight.
• Analyze variance, trend, profitability, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Conduct scenario analyses to assess financial impact of business options and inform decisions.
• Build advanced financial models for long-term planning and strategic choices.
• Evaluate performance of units and projects to identify opportunities and growth.
