The role requires 7+ years in FP&A/finance, with strong modeling and stakeholder management skills, and experience applying AI to planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting retail, consumer products, or merchandising.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Strong modeling, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience applying generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics to planning and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop top-down quarterly forecasts and annual budget with staker collaboration.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting for retail by partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Data Engineering.
• Lead implementation of a new merchandise financial planning system with cross-functional team.
