Job summary

CVS Health in Bristol, Rhode Island is seeking an FP&A leader to partner with the Retail FP&A Director to manage budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Front Store retail segment. You will drive top-down forecasts, ensure timely financial reporting, and modernize planning systems while guiding a cross-functional team through analysis, scenario planning, and strategic recommendations.

The role is full-time with a base salary range of $82,940 to $182,549, plus bonus eligibility and equity

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• 3+ years supporting retail, consumer products.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Strong modeling, analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop top-down quarterly forecasts and annual budget with key stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate retail financial reporting with cross-functional partners.
• Lead implementation of the new merchandise financial planning (MFP) system.
• Oversee variance, trend, and profitability analyses for senior leadership.
• Conduct scenario analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Build financial models for long-term planning.
• Evaluate performance of business units, products, projects for improvements.
• Set performance goals and coach the team; manage a direct report.
