Job summary

Mythology in New York City seeks a senior lead to drive retail and experiential projects from concept through construction. You will connect clients with our creative teams and with fabricators, GCs, and AORs on site, ensuring schedules, budgets, and scopes stay aligned.

You will own client relationships, manage SOWs and build-out timelines, and mentor the team to maintain high standards of client service and craft. This role requires strong communication and deep fabrication knowledge.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of how physical projects get built including budgets, SOWs, and schedules.
• Experience leading retail and experiential accounts from concept through install.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and be the senior day-to-day contact for retail/experiential accounts.
• Author and manage SOWs, drive build-out schedules from design development through install and punch list.
• Steer vendors, fabricators, GCs, and client AORs to deliver aligned work.
• Mentor internal teams and set standards for client-facing delivery.
