Job summary

Mythology, an independent creative agency in New York, is seeking a senior project lead to manage retail and experiential accounts from concept through construction.

Based in New York City, you’ll own client relationships, build-out schedules, SOWs, and budgets, and coordinate with fabricators, GCs, millworkers, and client AORs.

A deep working command of build‑out processes, problem solving on site, and clear communication with multidisciplinary teams will help you deliver brave work.

Qualifications

• Deep fluency in build-out schedules and budgets.
• Experience coordinating with fabricators, GCs, and client AORs.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Background in architecture, interior design, or design/construction project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships for retail and experiential accounts.
• Own scopes, schedules, and budgets and manage SOWs.
• Run the build by steering vendors and coordinating teams.
• Lead and mentor internal creative teams and set project standards.
