Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is hiring to oversee multiple retail locations and drive overall store performance. You will lead store managers, develop staff, and work with senior leadership to implement budgets and strategies that meet revenue and production goals.

The role requires extensive travel to various store locations, strong leadership, and a focus on training, safety, and customer service to maintain high standards across the network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in oversight of stores with varying complexity and sales volumes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Ability to prepare and monitor large-scale budgets and implement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee retail operations across assigned territory.
• Develop talent, manage employee relations, and ensure training and engagement.
• Partner with senior leadership to set strategies, budgets, and revenue targets.
• Ensure merchandising, safety, customer service, and quality standards are met.
• Travel to multiple locations as required and manage store performance.
