Qualifications

• High School diploma; some college preferred.

• Three years’ experience supervising production and/or retail operations.
• Experience in non-profits and human services a strong plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Co-leads retail store teams and co-manages store operations to meet goals.
• Provide leadership, training and development to employees.
• Ensure safety, customer service and store cleanliness standards are met at all times.
• Coordinate with HR and Logistics to optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in operations.
